Customer Service Still Alive in Pharmaceuticals

In today’s ruthless world, it can often feel like customer service has died. Doing business can seem heartless and make you feel like you are no longer a person, but a number or just part of a boring routine for companies. However, there are some companies that still honor their customers and treat them as they would like to be treated. One such company can be found at www.cngpharmacy.com.

Feeling Rushed

Have you ever tried to speak with a pharmacist and felt rushed or flustered? Those who work in medicine are often extremely busy and sometimes patients can feel as if their problems or cares do not matter much to others. While waiting in line to discuss prescription medicines, information can feel overwhelming. Some people are intimidated by the fast pace and the long lines of people that are waiting for their turn.

Feeling rushed is not pleasant. It makes a person not ask important questions or forget what information they need to collect about their prescriptions. The worst part is that even though the patients or recipients feel rushed when discussing their concerns, they still have to wait incredibly long amounts of time for their prescription to be filled. The entire process can be extremely frustrating.

Customer Service

How can a company improve their customer service skills in a fast-paced world? They can slow down, be friendly, and help people feel welcome. Once they have discussed any concerns with patients regarding a medication, they also need to be able to fill them quickly. This would enable them to be available to their customers while also not wasting other customer’s time.

Availability of prescriptions and over-the-counter medicines is also a great way for companies to improve their customer service skills. Nothing is more frustrating than going across town to find some necessary medication, only to have to turn around and find another store in which to shop at.

The companies like the one found at www.cngpharmacy.com still believe in being friendly and courteous to their customers. They carry a sufficient inventory and staff in order to meet the needs of everyone.

Top Online Boutiques

Since I love shopping so much I always browse the net looking for both new and established online stores to shop in. Although I have a couple of favorite stores where I regularly shop, it's nice to try out other chic stores once in a while. I like those that has a wide selection of items to choose from and already has everything in it like apparel, shoes, accessories, jewelry etc. A one-stop shop will definitely save me a lot of money since I won't have to spend so much on shipping. Sometimes it's even free when you reach a certain amount. I'm a practical shopper so I always check the prices first before I buy something. If it's way too expensive, then I don't buy it. I still stick to my budget when it comes to online shopping.

Anyhow, here are some online stores I'm dying to shop in:

1.) Soleil Flats

Shipping:  Xend, Cliqnship
Payment Methods:  BDO, BPI, GCash

2.) Style Hub

Dentistry Facts: How Braces Work

It seems to be an American rite of passage, and perhaps you are or were one of the millions of kids or teenagers sporting a mouth full of metal and rubber bands. You may also be one of an increasing number of adults getting braces. Americans love the look of straight, even teeth, and will do just about anything to get it, even if it means spending months or years with braces. Traditional braces are made of metal brackets and wires, but newer technology has produced braces made of a thermoplastic substance that is nearly invisible. Below, you will learn the differences between metal and invisible braces. Offices such as Drake Dentistry usually offer both options, so knowing the facts will help you make better decisions.

Metal Braces

Braces are designed to gently move your teeth into an ideal alignment. Metal braces, which have been used for decades, do the job handily. Your dentist will attach a bracket to each tooth, positioning them so that they will be perfectly aligned once your teeth are straight. Each of the brackets is connected by a wire, called an “arch wire.” The arch in the wire supports a perfect tooth alignment, but as your teeth are not yet perfectly aligned, your dentist will bend and shape the wire to fit between the brackets. The desire of the arch wire to return to its original arch will gently pull your teeth into alignment, and the bone in your jaw will accommodate such movement. At scheduled visits, your dentist will replace the arch wires with new wires. Rubber bands are also used in the process. Slowly, your teeth will be repositioned into the desired alignment. Once the bone has reformed and grown solidly around the teeth in the ideal alignment, your braces can come off.

The advantage of metal braces is that once they’re on, they’re on, and you will only visit the dentist for periodic tightening. You won’t lose them, and as long as you brush regularly and well, they won’t bother you too much or be detrimental to your teeth. Another advantage is the lower cost compared to invisible braces.

Invisible Braces

The newest innovation in tooth-straightening technology is invisible braces. Your dentist will create a plan for the straightening of your teeth using computer software that generates an image of your mouth. The first braces are then custom-created for you. These braces slip over your teeth much like a tray, the hard plastic slowly forcing your teeth to move to new positions. Every few weeks, you will return to your dentist to receive the next set of braces, much like those with metal braces return for tightening.

The biggest advantage to invisible braces is that they are invisible, which makes them far more attractive to adults who don’t wish to sport the youthful metal-mouth look, though teens and children can also use them. You can take them off to eat or brush and floss your teeth, though the danger is in losing them, of course. They cost more than metal braces, but the end results are the same. Now that you know more about metal and invisible braces, you can visit an experienced and reputable office such as Drake Dentistry and discuss your options further.
