Favorite TV Shows

I love watching TV. When I'm not working I'd rather watch TV than go out and go clubbing. My being a couch potato makes me an expert in the TV shows that are currently airing. I love CSI Miami, Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, House, Private Practice, NCSI Los Angeles, and a lot more. There are new shows that are airing now which I also love like The Walking Dead, New Girl, Grimm, and 2 Broke Girls.

1.) The Walking Dead - this is based on a comic series which is about a group of survivors led by Sheriff's Deputy Rick Grimes and his family. I love this show because it's suspenseful and really scary. But sometimes the very graphic and gory scenes get to me. It's something that children should not watch or else they'll have nightmares.

2.) New Girl - a story about Jess Day, a girl getting over her ex boyfriend who cheats on her. She then lives with 3 guys who eventually become her good friends. This sitcom is really funny. I love Zooey Deschanel. Even the guys are good. The episodes are very entertaining and you don't seem to notice the time when you're watching it.

3.) Grimm - A crime drama series about a homicide detective who sees monsters. I like the episodes which are rather interesting. I'd like to see if he has special powers to fight off these monsters.

4.) 2 Broke Girls - This is about two waitresses in New York who happen to become good friends eventhough their personalities are so different from each other. The other one is street smart while the other one is a former socialite who becomes bankrupt because of her father and is forced to work as a waitress to support herself. I love how each episode unfolds and the two girls are really funny.

Bulgogi Brothers Experience

I haven't seen my best friend in a while. I think the last time we saw each other was two months ago. When she texted me yesterday and invited me to have lunch with her I immediately said yes. We originally planned to go to Azuthai but it was still closed so we proceeded to Greenbelt 5. We walked around to look for a nice place to dine in, somewhere comfortable and where we can chat the day away. We decided to eat at Bulgogi Brothers since I'd like to try Korean food.

The ambiance was nice and the interior was simple yet cozy. The service was good as well, they were all attentive to our needs. The food was really delicious as well. I didn't expect it to be that good. We ordered Sogogi Japchae, Sogogi Beoseot Bokkeum, Bulgogi Bibimbap and had some watermelon shake. The price was also reasonable enough.

After having a good time at Bulgogi Brothers, I would definitely come back and try all the other dishes they have. I suggest you guys follow suit and visit Bulgogi Brothers.

Slow Sun Broadband Internet Connection

Since I have tons of things to do online everyday (it's my means of livelihood), it's a must that I have a fast and reliable internet connection. I'm almost online the whole day. I was so frustrated last night when I tried connecting to the internet and was unable to. My Sun Broadband USB stick which I'm paying P799 per month for went wonky on me. Loading took so long and I got disconnected so much. I didn't call their customer service right away since I thought the matter will be fixed this morning. Imagine my surprise when this morning the same problem persisted.

I transferred my network connection from WCDMA to Edge just so I can work. Loading one website took so long but since I wanted to finish something from my work load, I waited patiently. I again put off calling Sun's customer service since I was hopeful that connection would get better in the afternoon. Again, I was frustrated. I was at my wits end so I decided to call them. I stayed talking to the CSR (Customer Service Representative) for 30 minutes, doing troubleshooting for what seemed like hours. Unfortunately, it didn't do any good. He reported the matter to the technical department and advised me to monitor my connection.

My connection is better now, thank God. But I don't know until when. I just hope that what happened last night never happens again. I'm also thinking of changing my network provider to something that's more stable and reliable. I'm going to start researching for the best internet provider and get their service and hopefully never be at my wits end again.

I bought an iPod shuffle two weeks ago at Beyond the Box at the Newport Mall in Resorts World Manila. Since I'm so busy with a lot of things I still haven't transferred all the songs I have in my mobile phone. Only those I especially love listening to like Adele and The Fray. Plus this really awesome song by The Script entitled The Man Who Can't Be Moved. I know very little about this band and only appreciated their music when I heard this song. I googled them and found out that they're an Irish alternative rock band from Dublin. They've been here in the Philippines for a concert (I don't exactly know how many times already). Anyway, I just want to share their song which is currently one of my favorites. This song never fails to move me every time I hear it.
