Shopping at Hallo Hallo Mall

I signed up last night at Hallo Hallo Mall, an online marketplace housing 5,000 shops. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I got 300 points for simply registering and liking their Facebook page. I in turn was able to use the points to buy an item I like. Isn't that great! I actually only used 200 points for a silver pouch and that already includes shipping. But the catch is that you should use the 300 points within 10 days. So I'm browsing the many items for sale so I can use my remaining 100 points. My parcel is expected to arrive within a week.

You can actually pile up your points by visiting the site daily. Remember that points are good as cash (1 pt = P1). If you're an online seller, you can open a store too at Hallo Hallo. There are thousands of items for sale and I'm sure you guys would like to shop there too.

I am an avid Shopper of Hallo Hallo Mall, even there are delays in delivery (SIGURO SA DAMI NG ORDERS NILA) dumarating naman talaga with freebies pa nga minsan eh :) ordered watches and plus size item..ung watches natanggap na namin from STORE NI ERNEST SHOP and my kids LOVEEEE ITT! hope to receive my Plus size item soon :) Thank you Hallo Hallo Mall for making my shopping easier ! keep it up

but finally na recieve ko dn ung item and i buy some items using my points only,,,everyday im browsing hallo hallo mall,,to gain more points and then purchase items using my points...gling kc dami ko ng n free s hallo hallo mall,,galing,,pero hnd lht nrerecieve like ung store na SWEET WISHES i order necklace s knila..sbi ship n dw wala nmn aq recieve n item,,,kainis ung store na un,,,kya beware,,i ask the owner to please give the tracking number so i can monitor the transaction but she didnt..doesnt even reply to me...iiwasan ko tlg ung store na yan...SWEET WISHES....BOOO

Not advisable to buy from these online gateway shopping malls. Aside from the delay in shipping, grabe ang patong ng mga sellers sa items kasi they have to pay hallo hallo mall a total of 10% for posting their products there. Better to buy directly sa mga stores na for faster shipping and cheaper price. For example, etong 5-tier cupcake stand: http://hallohallomall.com/shop-republic/5-tier-cupcake-stand/index.html, Php499 sa Hallo Hallo, pero Php350.00 lang sya dito sa store na to: http://happinay.multiply.com. Multiply Trusted Seller naman yan, so merong Buyer Protection kaya worry-free ang shopping.

grabe naman pala, scammer na kumpanya,scammer na employee at dito pa kayo nagkakalat ng mga baho ninyo mas lalo lang ninyong pinapakita na mga wala kayong edukasyon at moral ! buti na lang nabasa ko ang mga comment dito, oorder sana ako ng countdown sale ninyo pero di bale na lang. for sure my friends and family around the globe will not sign up to this website. try philgifts.com they have much better customer service and on time delivery .

The worst shopping site. Sa customers siguro okay sa kanila kasi they can have items for free by purchasing through points. Pero kawawa po mga sellers dito. I was once a seller in this site. But I already closed my shop sa kanila. Sa una, okay naman sila. Pero nung nagtagal, pumangit na.
Very poor customer service. No one replies to your emails. I ship orders promptly yet they don't settle my payment on time. Just imagine you have to wait 10-15 days para mabayaran ka at mabalik ang puhunan mo tapos made-delay lang? :|
They put shipped orders into pending status even if you already provided update from the courier and even if the customer already received the item/s at kahit na nagpost na mismo sa message board confirming na na-receive na talaga. They don't contact customers to verify kung na-receive na ba o wala. Ganyan sila katamad. Gusto nila ikaw lahat magtrabaho. Di sila nagbabasa ng updates sa message board basta copy+paste lang ang notifications nila wala silang paki-alam.
They delete negative comments in their FB page and mark them as spam and block people instead of communicating properly and provide answers. Ang laki2x ng commission nila, up to 10%+15pesos per transaction pero sobrang pangit ang service!
I already closed my shop dahil sa sakit ng ulo na dulot nila sa akin. Sobrang stressed talaga ako. It's not worth it. Sa mga sellers isip2x muna bago mag-open ng shop dito. Okay lang sila sa umpisa, pero sa katagalan lumalabas na ang tunay nilang kulay!

I disagree with all of you.
Malaki na sales ko sa kanial and nabayaran naman ako. Mabili ko din shiship yung items once approve d na nila..

Sana wag manira kasi maapektuhan din yung business ng mga shop owners na kagaya ko..

Ganun po talaga ang naging experience ko sa kanila.
Good for you po dahil positive ang naging experience mo sa kanila.
Up to now, my shop is closed and I'm still hesitant to re-open dahil sa stress na inabot ko sa kanila.
Hindi naman po sa pagmamayabang, but I know that I'm a good seller. I follow all their policies. You can see that in my shop reviews.
Kaya lang talagang nakaka-disappoint dahil kahit anong sipag ko mababalewala lang dahil sa poor support nila at sila mismo ang di sumusunod sa policies nila.

Continue to support Hallo Hallo Mall dahil maganda naman kaya ang serbisyo nila sa iyo.
But don't attack other people at sabihin na naninira lang kami.
Dahil ako, kung ano ang pinost ko dito, ganun talaga ang na-experience ko sa kanila and it wasn't good.

hi just want to comment i paid an item on hallohallomall last december after 5 weeks of waiting na cancel yung order na binyaran ng mom ko thru BDO. Nagka points ulit gnamit yung na credit na points after all of a sudden na block yung account ko my points back then was about to reach 1k kasama na sa cancel orders..sabi nila reason fraud how come? fraud ba yng binayaran mo na nga ng pera...at saka marami taga dito sa amin pare pareho ang address nagkakaiba lang sa house numbers pero lahat ng account nila na block....just a piece of what had happen to me on that site,it's you who can decide will you risk it or not.

im an avid online shopper and i have orders in hallo hallo lazada multiply a-deals and zalora.
i ordered in hallo hallo mall and after waiting for 6 weeks,they cancelled it for the reason that i am a fraud daw. i have only 1 account and tied with my paypal. worst is that they cancelled my order but never returned my paypal payment, i am contacting this company thru email and calls but no one is replying on my email, the csr that i have spoken with a name of krista or kristal said they will look into it but up of this time..no avail:( wala ata sila balak ibalik ang pera ko. I GOT SCAMMED by Hallo Hallo Mall

another thing. i ordered in Zalora last week and lucky to spoke to a certain 'Ney' she said she is a former hallo hallo mall employee but resigned bcoz this company has no future :) actually 3 raw sila dun sa zalora na galing ng hallo hallo mall and she is the one responsible for business development team. nakausap ko siya bcoz their csr's are all engaged then un na dial ko eh sa department nila napunta, very professional ang tone ng voice and she did not say anything agains hallo hallo mall but told me na i should contact the seller prior ordering :) WOW if good employees like her leaves hallo hallo mall..means this company/management really has problems.

Well in my case i have a different story, I've ordered an Item (edifier speaker) which cost around P2500 in the mall but on their countdown sale I was able to get it at only P2100 including my 100 points. Since I'm really planning to buy a set of speaker I Bought the item last 01/15/13. I received an email regarding my order and i was informed that i need to send copy of my credit card and Valid ID. I have provided the necessary info for credit card verification in less than 24 hours. My order status was changed to Paid & Waiting Shipping as of 01/17/12. My order is in this status for 7days. After a week I have received an email that my order was cancelled due to unresponsive seller issue blah, blah, blah. They told me that I can convert the money into points that I can use for other items but i refused as I want a full refund so a credit reversal was filed as of 01/25/13 that should be completed in 15 banking days according to them. Unfortunately as of today 04/03/13 I dont see this reversal on my credit card. It's almost 3 mos since i made this order but still hallo hallo mall failed to address my concern. I have tried to email them countless times but they just keep on telling me that they already forwarded the concern to the billing dept for review. They gave me a phone# 702-6000 loc. 58186 702-6000 loc. 58524 to inquire about my refund and i found out that it's BDO customer service. My thinking is that they use BDO to process their online transactions. I spoke with a person named Raine and she verified the transaction made on 01/15/13 but she told me that they never receive any request of credit reversal on the said transaction. Raine dont have a phone# for hallo hallo mall. I'm trying to contact hallo hallo mall @ (632) 478 4444 since the day my order was cancelled but no one is answering the phone and much of the time the line is unreachable for some unknown reason.

Their countdown sale is tempting but no one will sell an Item for P0.00. The first time I saw their website there is an item IPAD MINI that was sold for only $6665 and I was convinced that i should try my luck. But if you will visit their website everyday believe me, that IPAD MINI is still there until now including the other items that was sold at a very low price. It's just their marketing strategy to get more and more people believe them. It's up to you guys if you will trust them but for me, NEVER AGAIN.

Papunta ako sa Brgy. hall ng San Lorenzo ngayon para mag file ng complaint against hallohallomall. And they will be summoned by the Brgy. this Monday.

Nag order ako ng Industrial fan na para sana sa church namin which is Freedom in Christ Ministries dito sa Makati last December 28, 2013. I paid it through GCASH. Hanggang ngayon hindi pa naidedeliver. I got a notice last January 6, 2014 telling me na out of stock ang unit and it will take them 2 weeks before they can deliver. I was frustrated because when I placed the order, the website said their are stocks! I'd been calling the hotline of the said shopping website but they are not answering! Madami na pala kasi ang nagrereklamo kaya ayaw na ata sumagot sa calls.
