Choco Mallow Mousse

I love desserts and would absolutely want to try this recipe courtesy of Del Monte Kitchenomics. It seems easy to do and looks so yummy.

1   can (432 g) Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail
4   pc chocolate mallows, diced
2   tsp unflavored gelatin
4-5  tbsp chocolate drink powder
1   tsp sugar
3/4  cup all-purpose cream (room temperature)


1.)  Arrange chocolate mallows in individual serving cup. Top with Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Set aside.

2.) Mix gelatin with fruit cocktail syrup. Heat to dissolve. Stir in chocolate powder and sugar. Set aside.

3.) Beat cream until fluffy. Add gelatin mixture gradually while beating. Portion cream mixture into prepared cups.

4.) Cover and chill until set. Top with remaining fruit cocktail. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
