Even though I don't know how to cook I always watch cooking shows like Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, and shows at the Food Network. I've seen several seasons of Top Chef and Hell's Kitchen but this is the first time I'm watching MasterChef. It's the third season of the hit show hosted by Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich, and Graham Elliot. It's very addicting to watch because of the challenges that the contestants face and their different personalities. Plus, I really like Gordon Ramsay, although I prefer his "evil" temperament on Hell's Kitchen. I guess this season is more interesting because of its first blind contestant Christine Ha (who eventually won). This woman is amazing. Gordon even asked her in one episode if she's really blind because the dish she cooked was both delicious and aesthetically appealing. Last Monday's episode made me cry because Gordon told her that she should stop putting herself down and be more confident (something to that effect). I tell you the drama in this show is better than the local "teleseryes" we have.
MasterChef Season 3 is aired every Saturdays and Sundays 1:00 - 3:00 PM, Replays: Mondays 10:00 PM, Wednesdays 5:00 PM at the Lifestyle Network.
